In the past I've had to pass on some really awesome designs you made. This, I did not like :(

So after many hours of beging my boss, j/k, it didnt take that long :), I am now giving these old designs a second chance!

Every time we pick winners from the current round, I'm also going to pick some of my favorite top-voted designs from previous rounds. We'll call these designs "Purple Picks". The royalties and all that stuff will work just the same as any designs. Hope you like this :)

The first Purple Picks will be announced April 29th along with the regular winners.

We've heard your feedback, and we're making some big changes around here that will benefit you!

CHANGE #1: We'll Pick Winners On A Specific Day

From now on, winners will be notified by the 3rd Friday of every month, and announced on the last Friday. So, the next round of winners will be notified on Friday April 15th and announced Friday, April 29th (for designs submitted from 1/11 - 3/31).

REASON FOR CHANGE: We have not been very consistent on when we choose winners and thats not cool!

CHANGE #2: Lots More Winners!

In the past we would choose roughly 10 winners for every 60 days worth of submissions. From now on we will be choosing up to 30 winners every month! Now you'll have 3 times as many chances of have your design printed. (so submit as many designs as you like per round!)

REASON FOR CHANGE: We want more artists to have the opportunity to win. We've have to pass up really good designs in the past because we couldn't afford to print too many at once.

CHANGE #3: Get Paid Royalties Forever!

Previously, CANVAS would pay winners a one-time payment of $250 or $400. With the new system, you'll get paid royalties instead, everytime the design sells, forever! All designs start off selling on C28.com. You get paid $1 per item sold. (your design may also be printed on a hoodie, longsleeve, tanks, or other products!) Items will never go out of stock, so the royalties just keep coming! Keep in mind that any designs that have won before are not eligable for royalties, because they were paid the regular prize amount.

BONUS Rewards: If you're design sells awesomely, we'll print your design for C28 stores (and other Christian retailers) and pay you an extra $250!

REASON FOR CHANGE: So, we've got a problem. When C28 prints tees, they have to buy like hundreds of them. Much of the time these tees just sit and collect dust. So, they came up with a better way. C28 can now make shirts one at a time, using new digital print technology stuff. This means shirts will never go out of stock, and you'll get paid royalties forever. (or at least until Jesus returns). So if your designs sells awesome, you get paid bank!
