Finding A Designer

Hello All, I'm looking for a designer to design t-shirts for our fellowship. We are 1,600 churches all over the world. One of our brothers in our church has been routinely ask about printing shirts. He does our other media material such as flyers, banners etc., but has not found a screen printer that is cost effective. That's where I come in. I have a contact that will screen print shirts for us at a reasonable rate. But I don't know how to design. We are willing to pay for designs. We are not out to make that much money. We are looking at providing shirts to our fellowship at around $8 to $12. Depending on how many colors, shirt size etc. So, if there is any interested please let me know. Thanks, -ray-
