Design description

The faithfulness of God is seen throughout the Word and through His love for us. Deuteronomy 7:9 says, “Know therefore that the Lord thy God, he is God, the faithful God, which keeps covenant and mercy with them that love him and keep his commandments to a thousand generations;” And in Hebrews 13:8, we read, “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever.” This verse is summed up here in Chinese characters with the stress on the word “Forever” in the background. In any language, the Ancient of Days remains faithful and true to His Word and to those who love Him!

There are several things I really like about this shirt. First the design and color just reaches out and grabs your attention! Good strong design. It is detailed without going overboard and being to cluttery. The message of course is strong. Love the title and description that ties it all in! Great work!

I like the abstract backdrop more than anything else. My question is this. Is the Noise "Film grain effect" on the much larger backgroun present on the design itself? If not, I would suggest adding it for depth. Also, I would suggest adding the same noise effect to the shadow. Something I commonly do for shadowing is add a shape and add a "glow" effect to the layer. Change the properties of the effect the reflect how much shadow you want. Now, add some Noise in the layer properties (glow properties) and then flatten that layer. My next submission will use this technique more tha I ever have before, so hopefully it will better display what I am trying to say.

I like this Troy. Touching on the horrible topic of persecution. David's design did also, but totally in a different way then yours. Focusing on China is vital considering their massive population. The Chinese that don't know Jesus need to just like we did. Tell the world baby! High score from me on this.

Thanks, David! I chose Chinese for a couple of reasons. First, I wanted to go with a new look and love the artistic feel of Asian text. Secondly, Chinese believers are being persecuted for their faith. Many are being arrested and charged with "cult" crimes. They have to meet from house to house to receive the Word. This speaks to Chinese Christians (as well as other nationalities) of the Faithful God Who sees their passion for Him.

Good job Troy. I like the colors and am really digging the Chinese stuff. While I'm unsure why you chose Chinese for this verse, I still think it looks cool. I would've left off the drop shadows in favor of a cleaner black stroke, but that's me. :) Good score from me!
