Jeff, I know Lori and she is a wonderful person who is able to handle constructive criticism very well and grow from it. Several people, including myself have noticed a pattern of repeated frustration and anger in the messages that you have left commenting on her designs. The comments are also demeaning rather than constructive. I am also very opinionated sometimes about what I consider to be "art" or "good art," but diversity in artistic expression, whether I like the piece or not, helps to expand our own creative flairs, learn more about our own unique styles, and appreciate the unique ways in which people who have the gift of art choose to express it. We can see this expression of creativity and diversity in God's creation too. I noticed that you are very active in this community and willing to contribute your opinions to the artists and trust that you will find a way in which you can express yourself in a mutually agreeable manner.

Are you having problems in your life that you need to hurt other people? If you don't like a design you can be more helpful if you said why you didn't like it, but calling someone's designs stupid when all they are doing is trying to spread God's word is very un-Christian-like. Maybe you need to talk to someone about anger issues or is it just to get attention since you don't even post your name. I hope you get them help you need to bring kindness and love back into your life.
If you don't have something kind so say keep your comments to yourself. I don't see you submitting any designs or putting yourself out there at all. I think as brothers and sisters in Christ we should be kind and show His Love to other in our words, actions, and expressions!
Hello Jeff, though I do not know you, it seems as if you either feel the need to hurt me, or truly do not like my designs. If I have designed something that is offensive to you, I apologize, every artist has their own style, and I am just learning how to do graphic art, I usally paint and sketch. I hope you are not being critical because you are hurt inside, usually hurt people, hurt people. May God bless you and bring joy and peace into your life.
Hello Jeff, I don't draw or do art of any form, but I think it's a talent and gift that comes from GOD, just like GOD created many things different and some are appealing to us, and perhaps some are not, that doesn't mean we ought to cut-down our fellow brothers and sisters in the faith with crude remarks. Please try to hold your tongue if you cannot find it in your heart to encourage the artists on this site!
Hey Jeff! As a person who designs t-shirts and submits them to canvas, I know that it takes a lot of energy and thought to create a design. I know that most everyone else who creates t-shirt designs on here puts a lot of effort in them too, but I know that God has certain plans for every design that is submitted here. Maybe the design is silly to somebody who looks at it, but God has a plan for another person to see the design and learn something important from it. Submitting a design isn't always about having it win and become a real shirt, it may be just to encourage a person who looks at it and votes on it. Therefore, because God can use each and every design submitted, I think that positive comments and specific criticism are necessary when commenting. For example, instead of saying "This is an ugly design" we could say "The color scheme is nice but I don't like the font choice" or something like that; that's what I always try to do, even if I deem a design ugly and something that I would never wear. God can encourage people on here through you if you let Him! =D God Bless! =]
