If you're going to criticize designs, please do so in a polite way. Saying things such as the design is "a bit poor" and "[lacks] creativity", while offering zero actual constructive criticism does not benefit the designer. Also, consider that everyone has their own taste. Simply because you do not particularly like a design does not mean that others do not as well. I appreciate constructive criticism. I also realize that my design began a heated debate involving Corey and Blake. I also realize you have taken Corey's side. But here in c28, there is only One side. Please be on it. God bless!

Haha I agree! I've been a C28 fan for a long time but I've really enjoyed the canvas t's that have come out. Actually, I've been following the canvas community for a while but never made a profile until just now (stalker!). I don't know why? Anyways, your designs are A+; I will most certainly be owning your speak words and your nothing works designs when they get printed. A couple weeks ago I gave a sermon on 1 Cor. 13 and I actually used the line "nothing works without love." It fit perfect. HA I'm dying to use the obeDIEnce line!

I Honestly dont know what to say. I spent more time working on a few of my last designs than i spent sleeping. I was really excited about them, and the new crevice i was exploring, but they got worse scores than my very first submissions that were effortless and done with absolutely no experience. I have been absent from canvas for a few weeks, with only time to submit something(s) then head away from the P.C, but I wouldnt think that would hurt my scores, I mean, I try to stay as active as possible at all times even if it means holding my eyes open with a close-pin. I really felt like these were the most professional designs i've done yet. I guess time will tell, but hey, I am alive and in good health and get positive feedback from friends like you, and thats what counts...not some score on a T-shirt...Thanks Bro

i use a program called paint.net, and i use a bunch of plugins. it's a great, easy to use, free program. thanks!

Being self taught is always best...Atleast I think so, because you develop individualism and techniques. If you are taught your like a clone, and in some cases thats ok, but art...Art is abstract, and cannot be duplicated if the artist has his own techniques. Art is original, and originality is always at its finest. It was cool watching how you've progressed with this art stuff...lol...I remember when i couldnt even figure out how to add a stroke without using the effects, or how to make new layers....haha....Good times...God Bless
I have a question, it's kinda hard to explain but I'll try, I have a peace sign and I want to put tie dye behind it. But just behind the peace sign. I'm not sure how to start.

I have been making my own vector images. From pictures ive taken myself, or free hand then converting. Also been making my own brushes using tutorials all over the internet. Browse photoshop and illustrator tutorials and as they did me, they will change your self producing habits with design. God Bless

Hey my dude im new at this canvas thing and i need to know exactly how the designs have to be done. For example the template they give us it has stuff on it and i honestly do not understand it, i know it has to be 19" X 28" but i have no idea how it has to be set up and uploaded. I'm sorry that our designs came out so similarly, Emilio, but I'm glad we think alike. I initially created this last year, and found out about Canvas last week. I'm watching for the forum to be set up on this site. Not to flatter myself, but I would like to give tutorials. This was made using mutiple strokes in Illustrator. Love you, brother.

I might have said it before on a shirt post somewhere, but I wanted to make sure this fact is clear... you have some of the best design skills I have seen in someone your age.
