"In Greece today the word still means slave :)" ...Yes, and that is still ALL it means. It's been on my mind and heart a lot lately that up until the time of the reformation, there was no "servant" "bondservant" etc in the NT because it only had (still does as you mention) one meaning. A lot of scripture in the NT begins to take on a deeper meaning if we go back and read it that way...all that to say I'll very likely be adding more doulos-centered shirts in the future. :-) May God bless you and yours as you work in the mission fields of Hungary.

The new changes are good and our motivating but they where not the primary reason for me in not being on as much and backing away. But I might do a couple of designs. Hey, thanks for the comment. I know they won't print it that way, they shrunk the guys version down on the final version after they printed it. I just prefer submitting designs how I see them in my head... anyways thanks again for the comment :)

Hey did you get my email.. I hope it did not confuse you I just have not heard anything back from you.. I will be posting my first No Borders shirt this weekend I want to give the winning money to a ministry called Cross Culture Ministries in Southern Texas they provide food and other stuff to towns just across the border in Mexico and other ministries in the States by the border towns... So I am going to give the money to them if it wins I think I am to late for the actual contest so I will just use the money I would receive. Anyway talk later. Mata

thanks! Ha, that's so cool. I'll be sure to tell Jason the drummer that you played their music while on the aisle. We actually had a ska band at our reception which was pretty much a concert with food. gosh i feel old.
oh and I noticed you posted about the supertones reunion tour. I'm actually handling their printing for this tour. I was obsessed with the Supertones back in the day...so you can imagine my surprise/excitement when they called me. Sort of like a star-struck teenage girl.
thanks for you kind words. I'd never print them because stylistically they don't reflect me. If I were to submit designs on here that I actually do like, then I'd REALLY get low scores. I do this full time for a living and most of my clients are marketing themselves/band/church/organization and more often than not they gravitate towards trendy eye catching extreme designs, which makes sense; its simply about marketing. My own personal work will never reflect that. I'm not interested in money, what propels me is creating art and connecting with people that can appreciate that. I mostly end up giving away my shirts to friends all over the world, connecting with people using art. I know I'll never be successful and I'm alright with that. BTW the elephant design would probably be the only one I'd print. My 7 yr. old daughter drew it. again thanks for everything.
Your so right when you say it isn't "one nation under God" anymore but just because most don't give God any attention... God still is this God over everything even America or Canada, etc.... great designs

Hey there was a lot more I could of said on your post about Christians being behind.. But I wrote a book as it is LOL. I will maybe put more later. But just wanted to thank you for saying it first.. It is truly bad when you make a stand for the truth and you get punished for it by people who are supposed to be your brothers and sisters in Christ. But what do you do.. But none of spend enough time trying to get to know each other like we should and find out the heart and mind of the person. :)

Hi Kristin, I wanted to stop by and thank you for the encouragement on my wall. I think people look at me, and how many times I've won and get wierd about it. The fact of the matter is that im NOT a proffesional, at all. I started last september, not even 2 years ago and had no clue what i was doing. I was eager, and kept trying. I used every resource I could find to get better. I guess God had it in store for me, because it somehow worked out. Now people see the unexpected success and assume im some kind of jerk who bogarts the competition. I've stuck it out with this community and still theres newcomers who randomly come at me angrily. Ah, oh well, win some lose some i guess. Anyways, how are you and how did you get into designing?
